Called to schedule a door repair, Deb was awesome, very professional and fun, she scheduled Wade to come adjust and fix an issue with our door. He was very professional, prompt and fixed the issue within 10 minutes. Will definitely use them in the future. Thank you Wade and Deb.

I just had a service from Reliable, the tech came out early since he became available, and quickly repaired the issue. Within an hour I had a clean fix and he was gone. I would recommend this service to anyone

As a small business owner, I recognize great service and attention to detail. We had an appointment this morning from 9-11, the technician called at 8:45 to let us know he was on the way, fixed our garage door and programmed all of the remotes. When I got home my Toyota Home link did not work because of the code change (not their fault) so the owner came by the same day and fixed it. That is above and beyond service. Thank you.

I called debbie and she connected toSteve, her technician immediately. They were honest and true to customer service, told me I can buy the remote from home depot or Lowe's and ensured I had the right remote. While they could have come and serviced me, Steve requested I make an effort and if things dont work, he can come over 5 am Monday morning. I tried and things worked. Couldn't be happier with the service or end result. Our 1980s garage door was on it's last leg when we called Reliable Door Services. Not only is the new door BEAUTIFUL but the whole process from start to finish was a breeze. I cannot recommend these guys enough!

We had a horrible experience with the previous door repair company our warranty company sent out. Then they sent out Reliable. What a difference!!! Shawn, the tech, was professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Very good service. I would recommend them to anyone.
